Halo Training is a multi-functional and three-dimensional exercise program that incorporates the science of core-integrated bodyweight training with the use of the Halo Trainer.
The program teaches exercises that follow unique progressions or regressions designed to increase functional strength and stability for a client at any level of condition from rehab through to athletic performance training.
Our small equipment matwork class is a mixed ability matwork class, suitable for all levels of fitness, exploring the endless options of small equipment and mat Pilates.
Classes are limited to just 6 people.
Our Pilates Barre class is designed to sculpt and tone the body using a combination of Calisnetics, Pilates, yoga and ballet.
BBarreless is about connecting your mind to the body, so that you not only strive to move with precision but also have fun!
Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the centre of the room either standing or on the floor, challenging the core for balance and total body sculpting.
Dancers have performed floor barre for generations giving them the strength to move with elegance and helping to create a defined, lean body.

Our private studio is fully equipped with the latest Pilates equipment including Reformers, a Cadillac and various other training aids, and training times are flexible to suit you. As a fully trained Stott Pilates instructor, and with over 18 years of experience in the industry, Millie offers a wealth of knowledge to her clients.
Not only will Millie offer you one-to-one training in the studio, but you will also receive prescriptive exercises, specific to your needs and goals to carry out at home, and advice on different complimentary therapies to help you achieve your needs and goals.
Our Supervised Studio classes have been created for those clients looking to work semi-independently on their own personalised program.
Programs include mat work, use of the Arc Barrel, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, V2Max Frame and Reformer.
Classes are limited to just 3 people and are usually for clients who have experience of training with Millie privately.
A fabulous class allowing all clients to experience how exercises differ on each piece of Pilates Studio Equipment. Working on the Reformer, Cadillac, Split Pedal Chair, and all of the barrels, Arc, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel and how each one can be modified appropriately.
A great prerequisite class to Supervised Studio ensuring some familiarity on all equipment.
Some Pilates experience required, if none a private hour training session with Millie would needed before attending.

The Millie Dobie Pilates Studio is set up with the best high quality STOTT PILATES Reformers.
Invented by Pilates founder Josef Pilates, the Reformer is a bed like frame with a series of attachments that can be modified to suit each individual and their specific needs or fitness goals. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, with additional equipment, upside down, sideways and all kinds of variations. In other words, the reformer can train many parts and dynamics of the body in so many different ways with just one relatively sleek piece of equipment.
The Reformer is excellent to help with rehabilitation from Injury or general wear and tear, especially for the lower back and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
We offer a range of Reformer classes ranging from beginner to intermediate incuding Zenga Yoga Flow.
Our Reformer classes are limited to just 4 people.
